The Kansas City Irish Festival is happy to continue their annual Art in the Park addition to their celebration of Celtic pride. Modeled after Merrion Square in Dublin, up to fifty artisans will be showcased in the beautiful tree-lined Washington Park, adjacent to Crown Center Square and in the heart of Kansas City’s burgeoning historical art district – the Crossroads.

Festival Hours: Fri. Aug 30th 5pm – 11pm, Sat. Aug 31st 11am – 11pm, Sun Sept 1st 11am – 11pm

Art in the Park Hours: Fri 5pm - 9:30pm, Sat 11am - 9:30pm, Sun 11am - 9:30pm

Set-up: Thursday afternoon Noon- 5pm, Friday 10am – 3pm (trucks have access within approx. 400 ft. from booth)

Tear down: By 12am Sunday night

Security: On-site full time security provided during festival, Friday 5:00pm - Sunday 11:00pm. But Kansas City Irish Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen items so please plan accordingly.

The Kansas City Irish Festival, the fastest growing Irish festival in America, has an outstanding reputation among participants and visitors, attracting over 80,000 people annually. We showcase two dozen world class acts on five main stages, Irish heritage exhibits, fabulous traditional food, children’s activities, and an Irish Marketplace. Two hotels on site sell out over 2000 hotel nights over the weekend. This juried festival is open to all emerging and established artists. While we are looking to add to the cultural climate of a Celtic Festival, we are not limited to Celtic themed art.

Kansas City Irish Fest will take place Aug 30 -Sept 1 at Crown Center and Washington Square Park. Food vendors must operate all hours of the festival and be available for set up as early as Thursday, Aug 30th. You must have a Kansas City, MO Health Department yearly permit, or apply and receive a temporary permit in order to operate at the festival. Please note this is an application only. Accepted vendors will be notified no later than May 24th. Once accepted to Kansas City Irish Fest and you choose to participate your credit card will be charged. You will have a week to accept your spot. Vendors are selected based on variety of menu, overall look of set up, and festival and event experience. Vendor booth placement will be determined by Kansas City Irish Fest. ****Please note, no vendors can sell beverages of any kind. All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic are exclusively sold by Kansas City Irish Fest.*****

Greetings! Please fill out the following form if you are interested in being a vendor at KC Irish Fest, taking place this year August 30-September1  at Crown Center Square in Kansas City. Please note we only accept vendors for our marketplace that sell cash and carry Irish or Celtic goods. If you are an artisan please see our Art in the Park application, if you are interested in promoting a business or service please see our sponsorship application. The application deadline is May 24th. The Kansas City Irish Fest committee will review all submissions and and inform the vendors that were selected no later than May 31st. Vendors are selected based on items sold, uniqueness, experience, and overall setup. There is a fee to participate as a vendor at Kansas City Irish Fest. We will charge the card you provide once you are accepted as a vendor and you accept the invitation. You will have one week after you are notified of your acceptance to confirm your participation.
