Kansas City vendors, it is time to bring the fall and Halloween spirit!

We will select:

Best Dressed Food Vendor
Best Dressed Crafter

Decorate your food truck, trailer, tent or booth with a fun fall or Halloween theme. You can make it spooky, colorful, cozy, creative or completely over the top.

Each winner will receive a FREE vendor space at the 2027 Kansas City FoodeesFest, plus year-long bragging rights!

Decorations must remain professional, family-friendly, safely secured and completely within your assigned vendor space. Decorations may not block walkways, exits, service windows or neighboring vendors.

Winners will be selected by Foodees Fest during the event weekend.

The complimentary prize covers one standard space in the winner’s current vendor category. Category approval, application requirements and event policies still apply. The prize has no cash value, is nontransferable and does not cover optional upgrades, permits or additional services.

 

Foodees Fest is a large-scale, outdoor, multi-day festival built around food, culture, and small businesses that know how to show up and stand out. Vendors are selected based on product category, quality, presentation, professionalism, and event needs.

Admission is free!

 

Each event brings together vendors, including food trucks, tented food vendors, artisans, authors, and specialty crafters. We are excited, for our texas tour, keep in mind that if you book 4 or more events you will get a 10% discount, please email booking@foodeesfest.com if you would like more details! 

This application helps us understand your business, your offerings, and how you fit into the overall event. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We curate carefully to protect vendor success and avoid oversaturation.

You must enter method of payment for application to be fully submitted, and all spaces are first come first serve.

Vendors must apply under the category that accurately reflects their setup and what they sell.

Event Expectations & Requirements
• Vendors must be fully self-sufficient
• Power and water are not provided
• Silent generators only (70 dB or lower)
• Straight-leg canopy tents only/White or branded with signage
• Clean, professional setups are required
• Signage must be clear and presentable
• Beverage sales are limited and require approval

Insurance is required for all vendors
You will need a general liability policy with Foodees, LLC listed as additionally insured. If needed, this can be purchased during the application/approval process.

 
Menu & Product Approval
All food vendors must submit a full menu with their application.

Only approved items may be sold during the event.
No menu changes will be allowed after approval.

 
Curated Experience
We intentionally limit categories to give each vendor a fair opportunity to perform well. Unique offerings, strong presentation, and creative execution matter here.

For this event, vendors are required to lean into the fall / Halloween theme with booth decor, branding, or menu creativity. It adds to the overall experience and draws stronger engagement from attendees.

 All vendors are required to remain set up and in place for the duration of the event in order to provide a consistently high-quality experience for our patrons. Vendors may NOT depart the event prior to the conclusion without direction from Foodees LLC staff.

Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

 
Important Notes
• All vendors are expected to operate for all three days
• Late arrival, early breakdown, or no-shows may result in removal without refund
• Failure to follow event guidelines may impact future booking eligibility

Foodees Food & Culture Festival is proud to spotlight one local nonprofit or community-focused organization at each event location as our featured Community Charity Partner.

This program was created to help organizations raise awareness, engage with the community, connect with attendees, and support meaningful causes that directly impact the cities we visit.

Selected organizations will receive complimentary event space to create a fun, engaging, and community-driven activation during the festival weekend.

We are looking for organizations that:

Directly benefit the local community
Create positive impact
Maintain a professional and welcoming presence
Engage attendees in creative and meaningful ways
Are excited to help promote the event and community involvement
Please note:

Only ONE organization will be selected per event location
Organizations must attend all 3 event days
Standard setup size is 10x20 or smaller unless otherwise approved
Food and beverage sales are not permitted unless separately approved through the vendor process
All organizations are subject to review and approval by the Foodees team
