Get ready to join us in celebrating the 6th Annual Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival in Greensboro on Friday, June 19th, from 4 to 9 p.m.! Presented by the Cultural Relationships in Unity Cohort, this is an application to become a vendor at one of the largest Juneteenth festivals in the Triad, drawing an audience of more than 15,000 people of all ages.

VENDOR INFORMATION
You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
TABLES/TENTS/CHAIRS: Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, and chairs. Vendors must also ensure that their tents are secured in case of wind; per Greensboro Fire Department (GFD), tents must be anchored to the ground with a 40 pound weight PER LEG for a total of 160lbs. GFD will require a sewn in label on the fabric or the manufacturer’s certification of flame treatment or the label from the product used to treat the material. Tarps are not an acceptable canopy.
We wil not be providing electricity.
Our community tables will provide an engaging and welcoming space for festival attendees to connect with local resources, initiatives, and opportunities that support community well-being and empowerment. We aim to share information, offer interactive engagement, and build meaningful connections with individuals and families attending the event.
In the spirit of Juneteenth, our presence will celebrate culture, community, and collective progress by fostering awareness, encouraging conversation that lift voices within the community. Attendees can expect a positive, inclusive environment where they can learn, engage, and leave with valuable resources and connections.

Selling products or services is not permitted for community table vendors; all materials and resources shared will be free to attendees.
