Presented by the Cultural Relationships in Unity Cohort, this is an application to become a vendor at one of the LARGEST Juneteenth festivals in the Triad, drawing an audience of more than 15,000 people of all ages.

You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Per the Guilford County Health Department, only permitted Mobile Food Units and permitted Hot Dog Carts are allowed to be mobile and vend food. Establishments with Restaurant Permits or Food Stand permits (both types of brick and mortar operations) are not permitted to set up and sell food outside of their brick and mortar location.

You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
TABLES/TENTS/CHAIRS: Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, and chairs. Vendors must also ensure that their tents are secured in case of wind; per Greensboro Fire Department (GFD), tents must be anchored to the ground with a 40 pound weight PER LEG for a total of 160lbs. GFD will require a sewn in label on the fabric or the manufacturer’s certification of flame treatment or the label from the product used to treat the material. Tarps are not an acceptable canopy.
