June Watercolors (4 sessions) Joe Cartwright- Loose Florals & Expressive Watercolor

4-Week Acrylic Class (June 9, 16, 23,30) Tuesdays at 10 AM. Learning from the Masters. Joe Cartwright is known for his loose, expressive floral paintings that balance confident brushwork with strong underlying structure. In this four-session class, students will learn how to paint florals with movement, energy, and restraint. Students will focus on painting flowers as shapes and masses rather than details, allowing color to mix naturally on the paper. This class emphasizes looseness, gesture, and knowing when to stop. All sessions will focus on learning from the master through guided studies and expressive exploration. Watercolor Supply List (June – Joe Cartwright) Use the standard watercolor supply list.
