About the event
We are officially switching from daytime markets to SUNSET MARKET nights from 5PM–9PM at Lake Nona High School to help beat the summer heat while bringing an even better atmosphere, energy, and experience to the community.This summer season is all about vibes, connection, community, music, movement, culture, and intentional experiences. We are opening this seasonal application to a LIMITED number of vendors as we intentionally curate the overall feel and experience of the market.This is for vendors who want to be part of the full summer experience and grow with us throughout the season.Weekly themes may include:• Fitness & Wellness Nights• Multicultural Market Nights• Community Block Party Nights• Children’s Day• Family Activity Nights• Wellness & Self Care Experiences• Live Music, DJs, Food & More

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & MARKET POLICIES• All tent vendors must have a 10x10 tent or smaller.• All tent vendors MUST have proper tent weights attached at all times (40lb minimum required).• All food vendors, whether operating from a tent or food truck, must comply with all State of Florida requirements, permits, licenses, and health regulations. PROHIBITED AT THE MARKET:• Open flames• Drugs• Alcohol• Smoking ARRIVAL POLICY:Vendors must arrive on time for setup. Late arrivals will NOT be permitted to set up or participate in the market.The Local Habit reserves the right to remove any vendor from the market at any time, for any reason, especially misconduct, disruptive behavior, unsafe conditions, failure to follow market rules, or behavior that does not align with the atmosphere and standards of the market. Vendors may also be trespassed from the property if necessary.No refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
