4-Week Watercolor Class (July, 7,14,21,28) Tuesdays at 10am. Learning from the Masters. Robert Bateman is known for his powerful wildlife paintings that emphasize strong composition, thoughtful design, and respect for the subject. In this four-session class, students will focus on understanding animal form, gesture, and placement within a composition. Students will learn how to simplify complex subjects, establish strong value structure, and avoid over-detailing. This class emphasizes observation, restraint, and storytelling through wildlife imagery. Watercolor Supply List (July – Robert Bateman) Use the standard watercolor supply list.
