The Jug Tavern Arts Festival is a family-friendly event celebrating creativity, community, and classic festival fun in downtown Winder.
The festival features craft vendors, along with live music, carnival rides, food trucks, Touch-A-Truck, and more.
Previously known as the Jug Tavern Festival, this longtime community event is moving to late spring in 2026, offering warmer weather and an expanded focus on the arts while keeping the activities attendees know and love. The event will be from 1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. on May 30th.
Additional details will be announced as we get closer to the event.

Approved alcohol vendors are required to fill out an alcohol permitting application in addition to this application. Only approved vendors will receive this additional application. Must provide:
- Wide variety of cold beer and wine
- Pour all drinks into a plastic, clear cup
- 10x10 BRANDED tent (your tent must state "alcohol vendor")
- Provide own table and chairs
- At least two bartenders
- Accept cash and credit card
- Provide own power source
- List of drinks and prices for attendees to view before getting in line
- List of drinks and prices at cash register
- Valid State Alcohol License
- Local Alcohol Beverage License
- Valid Alcohol Beverage catering license
- Valid local catering event permit at least 1 month prior to the event (Issued by the City)
