Health & safety
Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco, nicotine, cannabis, electronic smoking devices, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, smokeless tobacco products, or similar products are strictly prohibited within all event areas, venue facilities, buildings, common areas, vendor areas, patios, walkways, and festival grounds. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated parking lot areas, if allowed by venue management and applicable law. Attendees must comply with all venue policies, local ordinances, state regulations, and directions from event staff regarding smoking and tobacco use. The Mill on Etowah and Goin' Social Events maintain all required event permits and approvals for the event. Attendees shall not engage in any activity that may jeopardize, violate, interfere with, or otherwise impact event permits, venue operations, licensing requirements, or regulatory compliance. Any attendee found smoking, vaping, or using prohibited products outside authorized areas may be subject to immediate removal from the event without refund and may be held responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by the Organizer, venue, vendors, sponsors, or other parties as a result of such violation. Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Goin' Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, and all Released Parties from any claims, fines, penalties, damages, costs, or expenses arising from attendee's violation of this policy.

JACK O'LANTERN JAMBOREE 2026 ATTENDEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT Event Dates: October 24–25, 2026 Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, Georgia Event Organizer: Goin' Social Events ("Organizer") BY ENTERING, ATTENDING, PARTICIPATING IN, OR REMAINING ON THE EVENT PREMISES, EACH ATTENDEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If an attendee is under the age of eighteen (18), the parent or legal guardian of such attendee agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor and accepts full responsibility for the minor's conduct and participation. 1. RIGHT OF ADMISSION Organizer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse admission, remove, or eject any person from the event premises at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, intoxication, illegal activity, or conduct deemed detrimental to the safety, welfare, or enjoyment of attendees, participants, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, staff, or property. Removal from the event shall not entitle any individual to a refund, reimbursement, or compensation of any kind. 2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Attendee understands and acknowledges that attendance at a public festival, outdoor gathering, entertainment event, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Slips, trips, and falls; Uneven terrain and weather-related hazards; Crowd-related incidents; Exposure to loud noises, lighting effects, smoke effects, and event equipment; Injuries caused by attendees, vendors, performers, exhibitors, animals, vehicles, or third parties; Foodborne illness, allergic reactions, or adverse health conditions; Theft, loss, or damage to personal property; Exposure to communicable illnesses; Acts of negligence by other attendees or third parties; Any other known or unknown risks associated with public events. ATTENDEE VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, FORESEEABLE AND UNFORESEEABLE, ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT. 3. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, ATTENDEE HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE: Goin' Social Events; The Mill on Etowah; Property owners and managers; Sponsors; Vendors; Exhibitors; Entertainment providers; Volunteers; Contractors; Employees; Officers; Directors; Agents; Representatives; Affiliates; Successors and assigns; (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, judgments, or obligations arising out of or relating to: Personal injury; Bodily injury; Emotional distress; Illness; Death; Property damage; Property loss; Theft; Economic loss; Any other damages or injuries arising from attendance at, participation in, travel to or from, or presence at the event. This release applies regardless of whether such damages arise from the acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct of attendees, vendors, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, or other third parties, except where prohibited by applicable law. 4. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS Attendee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, fines, penalties, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising out of or related to: Attendee's conduct or actions; Violation of these Terms and Conditions; Damage caused to persons or property by attendee; Claims brought by third parties arising from attendee's acts or omissions; Participation in any event activity. This indemnification obligation shall survive the conclusion of the event. 5. PROPERTY DAMAGE Attendees shall be responsible for any damage they cause to: Event facilities; Venue property; Equipment; Decorations; Vendor property; Sponsor property; Vehicles; Personal property belonging to others. Organizer reserves the right to seek recovery for repair, replacement, cleanup, legal expenses, and all associated costs resulting from damage caused by an attendee. 6. MEDICAL TREATMENT In the event of injury, illness, or emergency, Organizer may, but shall not be obligated to, obtain medical assistance on behalf of an attendee. Attendee authorizes emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and accepts full responsibility for all medical costs, transportation expenses, hospital charges, and related fees. Organizer makes no representations regarding the availability of medical personnel or emergency services. 7. FOOD, BEVERAGES, AND ALLERGIES Attendees assume all risks associated with the consumption of food and beverages purchased, distributed, sampled, or consumed at the event. Organizer makes no warranties regarding ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, food safety, or dietary suitability. Attendees with food allergies or medical dietary restrictions participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for making appropriate inquiries before consumption. 8. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Organizer reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person for any reason permitted by law. Attendees who consume alcohol assume all risks associated with such consumption and agree not to operate a motor vehicle while impaired. Attendees remain solely responsible for their actions and decisions related to alcohol consumption. 9. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE By entering the event premises, attendee grants Organizer and its designees an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to photograph, record, livestream, film, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, modify, and otherwise use attendee's name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and statements for any lawful purpose, including advertising, promotion, marketing, publicity, social media, broadcast, digital media, and archival purposes. Attendee waives any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for such use. 10. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES Organizer reserves the right to prohibit or confiscate any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Illegal drugs or controlled substances; Firearms; Weapons of any kind; Explosives; Fireworks; Hazardous materials; Open flames; Unauthorized alcohol; Drones without written authorization; Any item determined to present a safety risk. Violation may result in removal from the event and referral to law enforcement. 11. MINORS Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors under their care. Organizer does not provide childcare services and assumes no responsibility for the supervision, safety, or conduct of minors attending the event. 12. ANIMALS Only properly controlled domestic animals are permitted where authorized. Owners are solely responsible for their animals and agree to indemnify the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, or claims arising from their animal's conduct. Animals displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior may be removed immediately. 13. PARKING AND VEHICLES All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Organizer shall not be liable for theft, collision, vandalism, fire, weather-related damage, towing, personal injury, or any loss involving vehicles or their contents. Attendees assume all risks associated with parking and transportation to and from the event. 14. EVENT MODIFICATIONS, POSTPONEMENT, OR CANCELLATION Organizer reserves the right to modify schedules, attractions, entertainment, vendors, activities, operating hours, venue layouts, and event programming without notice. Organizer further reserves the right to postpone, suspend, terminate, or cancel the event due to weather, acts of God, public safety concerns, governmental action, emergencies, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Organizer shall not be liable for any travel expenses, lodging expenses, lost profits, consequential damages, or other losses arising from such modifications or cancellations. 15. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 16. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the event, attendance, participation, or these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia, and attendee consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. 17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between attendee and Organizer regarding attendance and participation in the event and supersede all prior discussions, representations, understandings, or agreements relating thereto. BY ENTERING THE EVENT PREMISES, ATTENDEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT ITS CONDITIONS, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS PROVISIONS.
