Parking will occur in our parking lot. If overflow parking is required, we will be using our soccer field. No parking will be allowed along Maple Street.

Health & safety

General Safety Follow all instructions from event staff, volunteers, and public safety personnel. Be mindful of your surroundings and help maintain a safe environment for all guests. Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Emergency Services Police, fire, and first aid personnel may be present on-site. In case of an emergency, notify event staff or public safety personnel immediately. Weather Preparedness This is an outdoor event. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Attendees are encouraged to bring sunscreen, hats, and stay hydrated. In the event of severe weather, follow announcements and directions from event staff. Food and Beverage Safety Food and beverages should only be purchased from approved event vendors. Vendors are responsible for following all local health department regulations. Alcohol Safety Beer and wine may be available for purchase for attendees 21 and older with valid ID. Please drink responsibly. Alcohol must remain within designated event areas. Park and Grounds Help keep the park clean by using trash and recycling receptacles. Be respectful of park property, landscaping, and facilities. Accessibility The event is intended to be accessible and welcoming to all community members. If you require assistance, please speak with event staff. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to update health and safety guidelines as necessary to ensure the well-being of attendees, staff, and vendors.

By purchasing or using a ticket for the Italian Street Fest, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Admission Each ticket grants admission to the Italian Street Fest at Winchendon Community Park on the date and time listed on the ticket. Event access may require presenting a valid ticket confirmation or digital ticket. 2. All Sales Final Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Town of Winchendon. Tickets may not be exchanged for another event. 3. Event Changes The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to modify event programming, entertainment lineup, vendors, or schedule as necessary due to weather, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances. 4. Weather Policy The event is rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. In the case of severe weather or emergency conditions, event organizers reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event. 5. Conduct All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules of Winchendon Community Park. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful without refund. 6. Alcohol Policy Beer and wine may be available for purchase by attendees of legal drinking age. Valid identification is required. Alcohol must remain within designated event areas and cannot be brought into the event from outside sources. 7. Liability By attending the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and attendance. The Town of Winchendon, its employees, volunteers, partners, and vendors are not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or other damages occurring during the event. 8. Photography and Media By attending the event, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and media coverage that may be used by the Town of Winchendon for promotional and marketing purposes. 9. Park Rules All Winchendon Community Park rules and regulations apply during the event. Attendees must follow all posted signage and instructions from event staff.
