Parking instructions
Parking will occur in our parking lot. If overflow parking is required, we will be using our soccer field. No parking will be allowed along Maple Street.

Winchendon Parks & Recreation invites food vendors to apply for the Italian Street Fest at Winchendon Community Park, taking place Saturday, August 15 from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
This lively, family-friendly festival celebrates Italian culture with live music, community gathering, and great food. We are seeking a variety of food vendors, with a special interest in Italian cuisine, Italian-inspired dishes, and complementary food offerings such as desserts, beverages, and specialty items.
Vendors will have the opportunity to serve hundreds of attendees throughout the afternoon while being part of a vibrant community event held at the park’s amphitheater.
All vendors must comply with local health regulations and be properly permitted and insured. Space is limited, and applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and high-quality food selection for event attendees.
We look forward to creating a memorable culinary experience for the community and appreciate your interest in participating.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using a ticket for the Italian Street Fest, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission
Each ticket grants admission to the Italian Street Fest at Winchendon Community Park on the date and time listed on the ticket. Event access may require presenting a valid ticket confirmation or digital ticket.
2. All Sales Final
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Town of Winchendon. Tickets may not be exchanged for another event.
3. Event Changes
The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to modify event programming, entertainment lineup, vendors, or schedule as necessary due to weather, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Weather Policy
The event is rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. In the case of severe weather or emergency conditions, event organizers reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event.
5. Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow the rules of Winchendon Community Park. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful without refund.
6. Alcohol Policy
Beer and wine may be available for purchase by attendees of legal drinking age. Valid identification is required. Alcohol must remain within designated event areas and cannot be brought into the event from outside sources.
7. Liability
By attending the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and attendance. The Town of Winchendon, its employees, volunteers, partners, and vendors are not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or other damages occurring during the event.
8. Photography and Media
By attending the event, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and media coverage that may be used by the Town of Winchendon for promotional and marketing purposes.
9. Park Rules
All Winchendon Community Park rules and regulations apply during the event. Attendees must follow all posted signage and instructions from event staff.
