Thank you for joining Indy Juneteenth! Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your participation in and attendance at our event. By purchasing a ticket, registering as a vendor, or attending the event, you agree to comply with these terms. 1. Event Overview Event Date: June 21, 2025 Location: Indiana State Fairgrounds, Indianapolis, IN Event Hours: 12:00N – 7:00 PM 2. Ticket Policy Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. VIP tickets include exclusive benefits as outlined on the ticket purchase page. 3. Vendor Agreement Vendors must adhere to all setup and teardown timelines provided in their vendor packets. All items sold or distributed must align with the event’s family-friendly standards. Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their assigned area. 4. Conduct and Safety Indy Juneteenth is a family-friendly event. Attendees and participants must behave respectfully and avoid disruptive behavior. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and outside alcoholic beverages. Security personnel will be on-site to ensure the safety of all attendees. 5. Weather Policy The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, updates will be communicated through email and the event’s social media channels. 6. Photography and Media Release By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Indy Juneteenth reserves the right to use images and videos captured during the event in future marketing materials. 7. Liability Waiver Attendees participate at their own risk. Indy Juneteenth is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event. Vendors and sponsors assume full responsibility for their equipment, inventory, and personal items. 8. COVID-19 and Public Health Guidelines Attendees must adhere to any public health guidelines in effect at the time of the event, including mask mandates or social distancing requirements, if applicable. Do not attend the event if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. 9. Event Modifications and Cancellation Indy Juneteenth reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of cancellation, all participating parties will be notified via email with details regarding rescheduling or refund policies. 10.
