Sponsorship Opportunities: $250 Friends of the Event • Company name listed in advertising copy. • Company recognized on event website. $500 Partners of the Event • Company name listed as Partner of the Event in advertising copy. • Booth space of 10X10. Tent, table & chairs supplied to sponsor. • E-Newsletter will recognize company as a Partner of the Event. • Company name listed on banners displayed at the event • Company recognized on event website $1,000 Supporting Sponsor • Company name listed in advertising copy. • Booth space of 10X10. Tent, table, and chairs supplied to sponsor. • Company logo listed on banners displayed at the event. • Company logo recognized on festival website and linked to sponsor web page. • Company logo listed in E-Newsletter, Utility Billing, and social media. $2,500 Stage/Entertainment Sponsor (Limited to four businesses) • Logo on large welcome sign • First right of refusal for next year’s event. • Booth space of 10X10. Tent, table & chairs supplied to sponsor. • Company logo listed on banners displayed at the event. • Company name recognized from stage during welcoming announcements. • Company logo prominently displayed on all posters and advertising copy. • Two banner locations displayed on main stage. Sponsor to provide banners. • Company mentioned in all press releases, E-Newsletter, Utility Billing, and social media. • Company logo recognized on event website and linked to sponsor web page. $3,500 Fireworks Show Sponsor (limited to one business) • This is an exclusive sponsorship category with first right of refusal for next year’s event. • Company will be recognized as the official sponsor of the fireworks show. • Company name recognized from stage during welcoming announcements. • Company logo listed on banners displayed at the event. • Company name listed in advertising copy. • Company mentioned as Fireworks Sponsor in all press releases, E-Newsletter, Utility Billing, and social media. • Booth space of 15x15. • Company logo recognized on event website and linked to sponsor web page. $6,000 Presenting Sponsor (limited to one business) • This is an exclusive sponsorship category with first right of refusal for next year’s event • Logo on large welcome sign • Booth space of 15x15 • Opportunity to make welcoming remarks before the musical act. • Company name recognized from stage during welcoming announcements. • Company logo prominently displayed in all posters and advertising copy • Company logo listed on all Event Signs/Banners. • Company mentioned as Presenting Sponsor in all press releases, E-Newsletter, Utility Billing, and social media. • Company logo recognized on event website as Presenting Sponsor and linked to sponsor web page. Additional Information: • Booth equipment & supplies (including canopy with weights, tables, chairs, etc.) must be provided by sponsor. EQUIPMENT/ELECTRICTY: Sponsors are responsible for providing all operational equipment, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, canopies, tents, generators, etc. Sponsors must bring their own power supply and extension cords. For safety reasons and the amount of noise generators produce, generators are not allowed at all events. Prior approval by event coordinator is required in order to use a generator.
