Terms and Conditions for ImmerseCon 2026
General Admission: Admission to ImmerseCon 2026 is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions listed herein. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to these terms.
Ticket Policy: Tickets to ImmerseCon 2026 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. The event organizers reserve the right to deny admission or eject any person violating event rules, local, state, or federal laws, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by staff.
Age Restrictions: Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Some areas of the convention may have additional age restrictions.
Program and Schedule: Event organizers reserve the right to change the program and schedule of the convention at any time without prior notice. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.
Photography and Recording: Photography, video recording, and audio recording are allowed for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording of certain sessions or areas may be restricted as per the discretion of the event organizers or presenters.
Liability: The organizers of ImmerseCon 2026 will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained within the premises, except in respect to death or personal injury resulting from negligence on the part of the organizers.
Safety and Security: All attendees must comply with security procedures and instructions from staff and security personnel. Bag checks may be conducted at the entrance.
Prohibited Items: The following items are not permitted at ImmerseCon 2026: Weapons of any kind, illegal substances, hazardous materials, drones, and large bags or backpacks. The organizers reserve the right to prohibit any other items deemed dangerous or disruptive.
Respectful Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards all other participants, staff, and property. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Data Protection: Personal data provided during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Force Majeure: In the event that ImmerseCon 2026 is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or public health emergencies), the organizers cannot be held liable.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.
