Howl on the Green 2025

This application is for food trucks, snack vendors and dessert vendors. Howl On The Green is Duluth's annual Halloween event, hosting over 8,000 people with the chance to participate in costume contests, enjoy live entertainment, and so much more. It will take place on Duluth Town Green Friday, October 24th from 6-10PM.To become an eligible Food vendor for Howl On The Green, the following form must be completed and submitted for review. Please note: this is an application for event participation. You will be contacted by a city event staff member if you are selected as a vendor. Applications will be considered based on the date received.

This application is for all Non-Profits looking to promote their organization. If you are looking to sell product, please complete the Mix Match Vendor Application. Approved applicants will be selected based on event needs, application date submitted and availability. If weather becomes a factor, the event will not be canceled until the actual day of the event. You will then be contacted by a City official to let you know of any changes/cancellations.Please note this is an application.
