By submitting an application and/or participating in the Hot Corner Festival 2026 (“Festival”), all participants agree to comply with the following terms and conditions set forth by the Hot Corner Association and Festival organizers.
1. Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. The Festival reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion based on space availability, event needs, safety considerations, and alignment with festival goals.
2. Fees & Payments
All applicable fees must be paid in full by the stated deadlines to secure participation. Fees are non-refundable unless the Festival is canceled by the organizers. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of participation.
3. Participant Categories
These terms apply to all approved participants, including but not limited to:
Food vendors and food trucks
Retail vendors
Performers, entertainers, and artists
Non-profit organizations
Kid's Corner
Sponsors
Car & Bike Show participants
BBQ Cook-Off participants
4. Licenses, Permits & Compliance
Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, certifications, and approvals required by local, state, and federal authorities. Copies of documentation may be requested prior to the event and must be available on-site.
5. Setup, Operation & Breakdown
Participants must adhere to assigned setup, operating, and breakdown times. Early breakdown or departure without approval is not permitted. All participants are responsible for keeping their assigned areas clean and safe throughout the event.
6. Booths, Equipment & Space Use
Participants are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise stated. All setups must comply with safety standards and remain within assigned spaces.
7. Safety, Health & Conduct
Participants must comply with all health, safety, fire, and public safety regulations. Professional and respectful conduct is required at all times. The Festival reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
8. Insurance & Liability
Participants may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hot Corner Festival, Hot Corner Association, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation.
9. Weather Policy
The Festival will take place rain or shine. All fees are non-refunable. Participants are responsible for protecting their equipment, products, displays, and materials from weather-related conditions.
10. Cancellations & No-Shows
Participants who cancel after designated deadlines or fail to appear for the event forfeit all fees unless otherwise approved by Festival organizers.
11. Zone Assignments & Placement
Zone and space assignments are determined by the Festival Committee. Preferences are honored on a first-come, first-served basis but are not guaranteed. Once a zone is full, participants may be placed in the next available zone regardless of prior years’ placement.
12. Media Release
By participating, all participants grant the Festival permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, and audio of participants, booths, vehicles, performances, and activities for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
13. Damage, Loss & Theft
The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Participants assume full responsibility for their property and equipment.
14. Right to Modify
The Festival reserves the right to modify event details, rules, layouts, schedules, or terms as necessary for the safety and success of the event.
15. Agreement & Acceptance
Participation in the Hot Corner Festival 2026 constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By submitting an application electronically, participants acknowledge, validate, and approve this agreement in electronic form.
