About the event
The Hometown Christmas Artisan Craft Market, a special edition of Favored Conference and Events Artisan Craft Markets in partnership with the Kernersville Museum Foundation and the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce, transforms downtown Kernersville into a true old-fashioned Christmas celebration—where everything comes alive with twinkling lights, hometown pride, and holiday cheer around every corner. As part of Kernersville's Hometown Christmas, this festive market features local artisans, seasonal shopping, food trucks, and more. Downtown during the market there will be carolers, Santa Claus, and the beloved annual Christmas Tree Lighting (6–7 PM at Town Hall), the lighted flower displays with hot cocoa, donuts, and live performances from local choirs and musicians. Guests can use trolley rides throughout the evening—bringing the entire downtown into one glowing Christmas experience. Vendor Holiday Storefront Competition (Highly Encouraged and Recommended) As part of this special Hometown Christmas Market, all participating vendors are HIGHLY encouraged and it is requested to decorate their booth or space with an old-fashioned, festive Christmas theme. This is not only encouraged—it is part of a friendly storefront decorating competition designed to bring a cohesive, hometown holiday feel throughout the market. We are looking for creativity rooted in tradition: warm lights, classic Christmas colors, nostalgic décor, handmade touches, and small-town holiday charm. This will further build the Hometown Christmas feel. *NOTE: Power will not be accessible to the booths, so please plan accordingly for any decor. Judging will take place during the event hours. Prizes will be awarded for the Best Holiday Booth Display & Most Creative Display. Winners will be selected based on creativity, presentation, and overall Christmas spirit. As part of the Artisan Craft Market: Crafting For a Cause, hosted by Favored Conferences and Events in Kernersville, NC, each market supports a local nonprofit within the community. We are committed to serving our neighbors, supporting small businesses, and uplifting local artisans by providing a vibrant marketplace for unique, handmade goods and meaningful holiday shopping. Once applications are submitted and reviewed, vendors will only be charged upon acceptance. No payment is required unless approved. All official communication will come directly from the Favored Conferences and Events team via @ email addresses or through Eventeny. For questions or concerns, please call 786.627.2848. We hope you join us for the celebration that stretches across town for an unforgettable holiday tradition for all ages.

Vendor Holiday Storefront Competition
As part of this special Kernersville's Hometown Christmas Market, all participating vendors are strongly advised to fully decorate their booth or space in an old-fashioned, festive Christmas theme.

Think less modern minimalism and more old-fashioned Christmas on Main Street.

Judging will take place during the event hours.

A prize will be awarded for the Best Holiday Booth Display.

Winner will be selected based on creativity, presentation, and overall Christmas spirit.

****Lighting Notice: This market will take place outdoors during evening hours. While the park will be beautifully illuminated and street lighting is available along two sides of the park, overall lighting throughout the vendor area will be limited. Electricity is not available for vendors, so we encourage you to plan ahead and bring battery-powered or self-contained lighting to enhance your booth display.
