Holiday Lights and Flight Fest 11-21-26

Get into the holiday spirit with a magical night of lights, drones, and community cheer! The Holiday Lights and Flight Fest features a spectacular tree lighting ceremony and a one of a kind holiday drone show that will light up the night sky.  Enjoy musical performances by local school groups and churches as they fill the air with festive tunes.  Savor the season with a variety of food trucks and holiday treats, visit the kids craft corner for hands on fun, shop for holiday gifts with the art/craft vendors, take a train ride down Railroad St. and don't miss your chance for photos with Santa and friends.   The event will take place on Saturday November 21st from 3:30 - 6:30 pm.   Last years drone show had an attendance of 4000 people.

Savory/Hot Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $125.00 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.

Sweet/Dessert Vendors that are selected to be a part of the event will be charged $85.00 nonrefundable vendor fee upon approval.

Please be sure to complete the entire application and submit all requested documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered. If your application is approved for the event, detailed load in times and set up information will be emailed to you no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

We are excited that you are interested in becoming an Art/Craft vendor at our all new Holiday Lights and Flight Festival on November 21, 2026 from 3:30 - 6:30pm.

All applicants should be art/craft, must be your original work, and be hand made. This application requires that you upload photos of your work and your booth set up.

No commercial merchandise sales.   

This application is for entertainers who would like to perform on stage at the Holiday Lights and Flight Festival on Saturday November 21, 2026. We are seeking entertainers (schools, churches, organizations, and groups) that would like to perform for free on stage during the event.

We anticipate around 4000 in attendance based on past holiday events.

The event is in Lilburn City Park, it will begin at 3:30 pm and end at 6:30 pm with the lighting of the big tree and an exciting Christmas Drone show.  

The performance time for each group and performance schedule is to be determined.  If you are approved to participate in the event you will recieve additional information.
