Holiday at 2nd & PCH

This market is for product based busineses. We will not be accepting trades or service based booths (ie. window replacements, garage door repair real estate, software ect.)

VENDOR SPACE

• vendors will have the option to apply for one of the following spaces:
  
  • 3x10 feet $325
  • 3x8 feet for $250
  • 3x5 feet for $125

• prices are per week, you can sign up for as many weeks as you'd like
•  20% commission will be taken on each sale
• The space will be inside the retail suite near the food court
• Vendors will be responsible for all other set up supplies

MARKET HOURS

• Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm
• Sunday 11am-7pm
• Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve: 10AM-6PM
• Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day : CLOSED

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

• Once vendor fees are paid there are NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS of any kind
• Cancellations after the payment of fees are not eligible for any refunds. 
• Vendors who don't show up to the event will not receive any refunds or  date transfers

SETUP/TAKE DOWN

• set up is on Saturday 8-9:45am (this will be your first sales day and is the first date listed on the week heading)
• take down is Saturday morning at 7am sharp (this is the day after your last day selling, the day after the date listed on the heading)
• please do not be late to take down as vendors are switching out each Saturday, vendors who are more than 30 minutes late to take down will be subject to a $50 late fee

CHECKOUT/SALES TAX

• Central checkout
• Juniper Market will take 20% commission and pay sales tax for you
• Vendors will receive their payout via a check, we are unable to process vendor payments through Venmo this year
• Vendor will receive payment after they have vacated the market, if you are doing mutliple weeks with us this means your payment will be at the end of your time with us
