Hillsborough Harvest Festival

Vendor parking and load-in will be available at the event site at the Elizabeth Keckly Historic Site at Burwell School. Vendors should follow event staff and volunteer directions upon arrival for unloading and booth setup.Vendors may temporarily bring vehicles into the designated load-in area to unload tents, tables, merchandise, and other equipment. Once unloading is complete, all vendor vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas before the festival begins.Please do not leave vehicles parked in the vendor/event area during the festival, as these spaces need to remain clear for attendees, emergency access, and event operations.Additional arrival, parking, and load-in details—including designated parking locations and setup times—will be provided to registered vendors prior to the event.
