Hilloween is Capitol Hill's Halloween Carnival, and this year it falls on Halloween proper. Hundreds of kids and their families come out to enjoy entertainment, games, a costume contest, and a costume parade. A great vending opportunity for those with kids merchandise for sale or Halloween-specific products. We ask that all vendors who are chosen dress up, decorate, and get into the Halloween spirit!
