Terms & Conditions

This is a 21 and up event. Valid government issued photo ID is required at check-in, and guests unable to provide ID will not be admitted. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are transferable; please contact us in advance if someone else will be attending in your place. Proceeds from this event benefit Heroes Hope. &Whisky reserves the right to substitute items in the whiskey lineup or menu based on availability. &Whisky and Puck's Sports Bar & Grill reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or who is disruptive to other guests. Please drink responsibly and arrange a safe ride home. Photography and video may be taken at this event and may be used in &Whisky, Heroes Hope, and sponsor marketing materials.
