Dates of festival: August 7-9 2026
Booth Fees
- Art Vendor booth fee to be paid by July 1 via form. Booth applications and fees must be paid online, we are unable to accept payments in person.
- Each vendor is required to submit a $200 booth fee for non-powered spots and $300 booth fee for powered spots upon acceptance, and these fees include access to the following amenities:
-Vendor Wristbands: Get two vendor wristbands for yourself and a helper.
-Vendor Parking Passes: Enjoy the practicality of vendor parking passes, making it easy to navigate the festival grounds hassle-free.
-Easy Festival Access: Your vendor booth fee provides straightforward access to all festival stages, allowing you to enjoy the musical offerings.
-Community Building: Connect with fellow vendors and contribute to the festival’s communal atmosphere.
Survey & Payment
- We ask that you fill out an evaluation form at the end of the festival in which we ask you to give us your total sales. We use this information for grant writing purposes.
- Upon acceptance vendors will receive an invoice via email to pay the booth fee online. Booth fees must be paid online, we will not accept payments in person.
Setting Up
- All vendors will set up their tents Thursday August 6th from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
- All vendors will have their products presented and set up completed Friday August 7th at 1pm.
- No vehicles will be permitted on the grass at Heritage Port.
- Please bring carts/dollies.
During the Festival
- You are required to be OPEN each day from 11 AM – 8:00 PM at minimum.
- You must have your booth open for the duration of the specified time – please do not leave it unattended.
- You may only sell items that you included in your application. If we find retail items in your booth that were not listed in your application, we will ask you to remove them.
Safety and Security
- You are responsible for the safety and security of your booth, be prepared for wind and weather.
- 20 pound minimum weights are required on all four legs of your tent.
- No animals are allowed to accompany booth vendors unless they are a service animal.
- NO FIRE of any kind in or around your booth or camping area is permitted.

- In lieu of a booth fee, we ask non profits to promote the festival by posting once a week on their social media about the Heritage Music Festival in the eight weeks leading up to the fest. In addition to promoting the festival we ask each non-profit booth the volunteer for one volunteer shift.
