IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are currently at capacity, but taking applications to add to our waitlist.
As a Heartland Pride Festival Vendor, you will have a designated area to showcase your organization that comes with one table, two chairs, and four vendor passes (additional passes can be purchased through the box office).
- The event runs from noon until midnight. Booths must be available to patrons from 12:30 until 5 pm.
- No organization is allowed to serve, sell, or give away pop or water. No food items can be sold.
- No vendor can give out stickers or helium balloons (this is a requirement of the venue).
- Set up will be available Friday afternoon before the event or at 10 am the day of the event. More details to come.
- Electricity will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of booths available for electrical service.
- All Physical adult content (magazines, videos, toys) must be sold in designated adult-only sections, to prevent access by minors.
