Parking instructions
To help ensure a smooth setup and provide convenient parking for our visitors, please follow these parking guidelines:Vendors may drive into the market area for unloading only.Vehicles may remain in the market area for a maximum of 15 minutes while unloading.After unloading, all vendor vehicles must be moved before the market opens.Vendor parking is located across the street in the parking lot behind the ARCO Gas Station.Please do not park along the fence beside the museum.To support our downtown businesses and provide convenient parking for shoppers, please do not park in the downtown street parking spaces or other customer parking areas. These spaces should remain available for market visitors and customers of neighboring businesses.Thank you for helping us create a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for everyone who attends Havana Market!

Health & safety
The safety of our vendors, visitors, volunteers, and downtown community is a priority. By participating in Havana Market, vendors agree to the following:Keep your booth space clean, organized, and free of hazards.Secure tents, displays, signage, and other equipment to help prevent damage or injury due to wind or weather.Keep walkways, entrances, and emergency access areas clear at all times.Vendors selling food or beverages must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal health regulations and obtain any required permits or licenses.Report any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns to Havana Market staff as soon as possible.In the event of severe weather or another emergency, vendors must follow instructions provided by market staff.Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Courtesy toward fellow vendors, customers, volunteers, market staff, and neighboring businesses is expected.Disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the market without a refund and may affect future participation.Havana Market reserves the right to address unsafe conditions or violations of these guidelines to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

This application is for vendors participating with a tent, canopy, or table setup. If you are operating from a food truck or food trailer, please complete the Food Truck Application instead.

Standard Vendor Booth
10' x 10' outdoor space — $15
Vendors needing more than 10' x 10' may reserve additional spaces for $15 per additional space, subject to availability.

Outdoor booth spaces do not have access to electricity. Electrical access is available only for pavilion booths and cannot be guaranteed.

Pavilion Booth
Covered pavilion space (approximately 10' x 10') — $25
Pavilion spaces are very limited.
Vendors may reserve one pavilion space only.
Electricity is available within the pavilion; however, electrical access cannot be guaranteed.
Because the pavilion has a dirt floor, vendors are asked to use only fans that do not kick up dust. Havana Market reserves the right to ask vendors to reduce or discontinue the use of any fan that creates excessive dust or interferes with neighboring booths.

If you have any special setup needs or accommodation requests, please note them in the Special Requests section of this application. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Havana Market is dedicated to supporting local growers, makers, artisans, bakers, and small businesses. Commercially manufactured or mass-produced merchandise is generally not permitted and must receive prior approval from market management.

Havana Market offers three participation options for non-profit organizations:

Community Engagement Booth – FREE
This option is available for organizations that provide an interactive activity, educational demonstration, hands-on experience, or community engagement opportunity for market visitors.

Examples include:

Children's crafts or activities
Educational demonstrations
Interactive games
Community service projects
Make-and-take activities
Organizations selecting this option may distribute information about their mission but may not sell merchandise or conduct fundraising.

Information Booth – $5
This option is intended for organizations that are promoting their mission, sharing information, recruiting volunteers, or raising awareness without offering an interactive activity.

Fundraising Booth – $15
Organizations selling products, merchandise, raffle tickets, baked goods, or other items to raise funds should register for a Fundraising Booth.

To help ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application.Vendor AcceptanceSubmission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into Havana Market.Applications are reviewed to maintain a balanced variety of vendors and products.Havana Market reserves the right to decline applications that do not align with the market's mission or vendor mix.Payment & Cancellation PolicyVendor spaces are reserved only after payment has been received.Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.If you are unable to attend, your fee cannot be refunded or applied to a future market.If you need to cancel, please notify Havana Market as soon as possible so we can offer the space to another vendor if time allows.Weather PolicyHavana Market is a rain or shine event.The market will only be canceled or delayed in the event of severe weather or other conditions that could create an unsafe environment for vendors or visitors.If Havana Market cancels the event due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Any decisions regarding vendor fees will be made on a case-by-case basis by market management.Setup & BreakdownVendors must arrive during the designated setup time provided before each market.All vehicles must be moved from the market area before the market opens.Vendors are expected to remain set up until the market closes unless prior approval has been given by market management.Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth space and removing all trash before leaving.Booth RequirementsVendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, weights, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their booth.Tent weights are required for all vered pavilion spaces are limited and available by request only.Electricity is available only to vendors assigned to pavilion spaces and cannot be guaranteed for other vendor locations.Products & SalesVendors may only sell products that were approved through their application.If you wish to add new products after being accepted, please contact Havana Market for approval before the event.Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, permits, licenses, and health regulations related to the products they sell.LiabilityVendors participate at their own risk.Havana Market, its volunteers, Havana Main Street, property owners, sponsors, and event partners are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accident occurring before, during, or after the event.Vendors are responsible for carrying any insurance they deem necessary.PhotographyPhotos and videos may be taken during the market for promotional purposes.By participating in Havana Market, vendors grant permission for images of their booth, products, and representatives to be used in Havana Market marketing materials and social media.AgreementBy submitting this application, I certify that the information provided is accurate and that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Havana Market Terms & Conditions.
