Parking instructions

Parking will occur at Winchendon Community Park 86 Ingleside Rd, Winchendon Please park in the parking lot on site. If the parking lot is full overflow parking can use the soccer field. If you require handicap drop-off please drive past the parking lot and up-to the cul-de-sac to drop off at the platform. No parking will be allowed along Maple Street.

Health & safety

To ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all, the following health and safety guidelines will be in place during the event: General Safety • Please follow all posted signage and verbal instructions from event staff or volunteers. • In the event of an emergency, notify the nearest staff member or call 911 immediately. • First Aid assistance will be available at the designated Event Safety Tent or through roaming staff. Crowd Management & Movement • Walkways, exits, and emergency routes must remain clear at all times. • Attendees are asked to be mindful of others, avoid crowding, and respect personal space, especially in lines or high-traffic areas. Weather Preparedness • This is a rain-or-shine event. Attendees and vendors should come prepared for a variety of weather conditions. • In the case of severe weather, event organizers will make announcements via the PA system. Alcohol Safety • Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas. • No outside alcohol is permitted. • Staff and vendors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or underage. Sanitation & Cleanliness • Restrooms and handwashing/sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue. • Attendees are encouraged to do their part in keeping the grounds clean and family-friendly. Lost & Found / Missing Persons • A Lost & Found station will be located near the main entrance or Event Info Booth. • Lost children or separated groups should report immediately to a staff member or volunteer for assistance. By attending or participating in this event, you agree to comply with these guidelines to help ensure a safe and successful community gathering for all.

Tasks may include: • Greeting guests and offering directions or assistance • Directing traffic and showing people where to park • Assisting with setup or breakdown as needed • Being a visible, friendly presence throughout the event Requirements: • Able to stand or walk for extended periods Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with others
