Harvest Festival 2026

Our event starts at 11am but you may start setting up any time after 7am. If you are inside, you are welcome to set up on Friday the 18th, but you must communicate with me beforehand to make sure someone is there on property. We have 2 entrances to the parking lot. One on the North side off of Delbert Rd and one on the South side off of Singing Hills. You can use either one to enter.

 

Once you are set up, all vendors need to park their vehicles in the field, west of the parking lot, preferably farther away to allow attendees to park closer. The entrance to the field will be located at the south end with the exit being in the same area. (one way in, one way out) Please do not park along the paved area along the side of the field. That is the fire lane and the only way cars can go in and out of the property. There will be no vehicles allowed in the parking lot after the start of the event.(except the cars for the show, food trucks, fire truck and swat vehicle) Please do not start your clean up any earlier than 3pm (unless the weather turns bad). It will be pretty busy with lots of foot traffic so please slow down and watch for kiddos!

 

If you are outside, I highly recommend a tent WITH WEIGHTS due to the lack of shade and gusts of wind that could possibly happen. You will be on blacktop so stakes are not an option. The church has a limited amount of tables and chairs so please let us know if you are in need of anything and we will try to help out if we can. There is also a limited amount of power outside so if you require it for some reason, we will need to discuss that ahead of time or you are allowed to bring your own small - quiet - generator.

This is a free event to the community. It will be from 11-3pm. You may set up anytime after 7am. If you have extra vehicles, please park behind your truck/trailer to make room for foot traffic. Please do not leave before 3pm unless otherwise discussed beforehand or the weather gets bad.

 

You will be situated on the south side of the parking lot off of Singing Hills but you can enter using either the north or south entrance to the area. There will be no vehicles allowed in the parking lot after 10:15am so please plan accordingly.

 

Limited electricity will be available so if you can be self contained that would be helpful.

This application serves as your opportunity to get your name recognized at our event and help offset the costs that are inevitable with a free event for the community. Your generous, tax-deductible donation will help with bringing fun and affordable activities to the families that attend.

We are in need of all kinds of volunteers. Game attendants, parking attendants, bounce house attendants and more. You are welcome to stay the whole 4 hours or choose which time slots you are available. Plus, you get a shnazzy lanyard to show how special you are!

This application is for the use of entertainers and performers at our event. If you are a vendor or sponsor, please use those applications instead.

This is our 2nd year adding the car show to our festival and are excited to see what you will bring! It is a free event for all and catered to families of all ages. Food trucks, vendors, games, a DJ and entertainment! Now you can't beat that!

We have many activities that cost money and as a non-profit we are always trying to raise funds! I don't like asking, but as they always say - You can't get anything if you don't ask! So anything that you could give would be truly appreciated! Thank you!
