About the application

Our event starts at 11am but you may start setting up any time after 7am. If you are inside, you are welcome to set up on Friday the 18th, but you must communicate with me beforehand to make sure someone is there on property. We have 2 entrances to the parking lot. One on the North side off of Delbert Rd and one on the South side off of Singing Hills. You can use either one to enter.

 

Once you are set up, all vendors need to park their vehicles in the field, west of the parking lot, preferably farther away to allow attendees to park closer. The entrance to the field will be located at the south end with the exit being in the same area. (one way in, one way out) Please do not park along the paved area along the side of the field. That is the fire lane and the only way cars can go in and out of the property. There will be no vehicles allowed in the parking lot after the start of the event.(except the cars for the show, food trucks, fire truck and swat vehicle) Please do not start your clean up any earlier than 3pm (unless the weather turns bad). It will be pretty busy with lots of foot traffic so please slow down and watch for kiddos!

 

If you are outside, I highly recommend a tent WITH WEIGHTS due to the lack of shade and gusts of wind that could possibly happen. You will be on blacktop so stakes are not an option. The church has a limited amount of tables and chairs so please let us know if you are in need of anything and we will try to help out if we can. There is also a limited amount of power outside so if you require it for some reason, we will need to discuss that ahead of time or you are allowed to bring your own small - quiet - generator.

About the event

Our 3rd annual FREE event filled with tons of things to see and do! Vendors, food, entertainment, games, petting zoo, car show and much more! Lots of free parking. Come one and all!

Terms & Conditions

You must be completely set up by 10:30am. Tear down does not start until 3pm unless the weather gets bad. Please remember that what you pack in, you must pack out. Nothing is to be left behind. If by any chance you forget something, we will hold on to it only until we can get ahold of you to come back and get it. Otherwise, it will be donated.

 

Your area must be manned at all times. We will have security walking around, but Pinecrest will not be held responsible for any damage or theft in and around your spot.

 

Please be kind and curtious to our attendees and volunteers. No abusive language or activity will be tolerated and it will be at the discrestion of our security team to ask people to leave if necessarily. (please note: we have never had a problem before, but it's always good to be prepared)

 

No smoking, vaping or marijuana inside the church, around the vendors, or other activities around the property due to high fire danger and public consideration.

 

All payments made by vendors are to be paid as soon as possible to secure your spot. It is a first come, first served basis and we try hard to not have more than one kind of craft/business/food items. Payments are not refundable. If you have to cancel, we ask that your money goes towards the cost of the event since we are a non-profit entity. We do not make money on this event and we run on donations only. It is a tax deductible donation though, and you will receive a reciept for your records.

Single booth 10x10 $25.00 Non-refundable Spaces are outside in the parking lot unless discussed beforehand.
