About the event
It’s time for Harvest Days at Cannonsburgh Village! Join us on October 24, 2026, from 10am-4pm for hands-on demonstrations, food trucks, and handmade crafts. Enjoy live music and clogging at the gazebo. The Murfreesboro Art League will have art on display and for sale. Don’t miss blacksmithing demonstrations with the Rutherford County Blacksmith Association and a Car Show by the Stones River Car Club. Free parking is located in the large gravel parking lot off Front Street. Take South Church Street to West Castle Street and enter parking lot off of Front Street. Additional parking is available in the Greenway parking lot on South Front Street when you enter off of NW Broad Street.

This is an application only and does not guarantee a booth at Harvest Days. Applications will be reviewed within one week of being submitted. Once your application is approved, your credit card will automatically be charged the booth feeThere is a $50+tax vendor fee that is non-refundable. 

 

For booths located within the village, all items for sale in the booth must be handmade or hand decorated by the individual vendor. Items reflective of the time-period 1800-1940 are preferred. Vendors that demonstrate their craft are also preferred.

 

If you are a vendor of other items, not handmade, you may apply. There will be very limited space inside and outside of the village for these booths with items that are not handmade. Examples include: computer generated items, sublimation items, machine made clothes, appliqued items, etc.

 

Booth locations will be decided by staff and may be different from past festivals. All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and chairs. The booth size is 10'x10' and tents must be weighted. Electricity is NOT available and generators are not allowed at booths. This event is outside.

 

All vendors must submit photos of the items they wish to display, sell or demonstrate.

 

Harvest Days hours are 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. You MAY NOT dismantle your booth until 4:00 p.m. You may arrive for set up between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Upon arrival, please unload your vehicle and move it immediately to the designated vendor parking area. ALL vehicles must be moved by 9:00 a.m. Vehicles will NOT be allowed in the Village between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Due to the location of some booths in the village, you may not be able to pull up to your booth space. Please be prepared to carry your load from the circle of the village to your assigned booth location.

 

All vendors and exhibitors are responsible for the clean-up of their booth space and surrounding area throughout the day and especially upon vacating the premises after event is over.  

 

Applications will be accetped through October 16 or until spaces fill. Location availability for spaces are limited and may fill quickly. 

 

Reminder: After this application is approved, your non-refundable vendor fee will be automatically be charged to your credit card.
