By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions listed herein. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.

Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions Rain or Shine This is an outdoor event and will take place rain, cold, or shine. We encourage all participants to dress appropriately for the weather. Event organizers reserve the right to delay opening, close early, or cancel the event if conditions become unsafe. Vendor Setup & Equipment Your vendor fee covers space only. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, displays, tents, tent weights, seating, and any other equipment needed for their booth. All tents must be properly secured, with all four legs individually weighted. Acceptable weights include store-bought tent weights, water-filled containers, or other heavy-duty weights securely attached directly to each tent leg. Approved Products & Vendor Categories YOU MAY ONLY SELL ITEMS OR PRODUCTS WITHIN THE CATEGORY FOR WHICH YOU WERE APPROVED. Products outside your approved category may not be displayed or sold without prior written approval from the event organizers. Any vendor displaying items inconsistent with their approved category will first be asked to remove those items. Failure to comply with the event organizers’ request will result in removal from the event and may result in the vendor being prohibited from participating in future events. Limited category space is maintained to protect vendor exclusivity and create a balanced market experience. Non-Refundable Fees & Vendor Transfers All vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendor spaces are non-transferable without express written permission from the event organizers, including in cases of weather, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, or no-shows. At the sole discretion of the event organizers, a vendor may be permitted to transfer their space to another vendor within the same approved category. All transfers must receive prior written approval. If approved: • A $15 transfer fee will apply. • The new vendor must submit a complete application. • The new vendor must pay the applicable application fee. • The new vendor must be approved before the transfer is considered complete. Approval is not guaranteed. Vendors may not independently sell, give away, or transfer their space to another person or business. A portion of all vendor fees support Alcovy CASA. Safety Requirements All vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher and proper tent weights on the day of the event. These requirements are based on local fire safety ordinances and may be enforced through inspection by the fire department. Vendors must maintain a clean and safe booth space throughout the event. Walkways must remain clear and free of tripping hazards, and all trash, materials, and belongings must be removed at the end of the event. Family-Friendly Policy This is a family-friendly event. All products, displays, signage, and presentations must be tasteful, positive, and appropriate for guests of all ages. Any vendor who brings or displays items that are not whole-family friendly will be asked to remove those items and may be asked to leave the event. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: • Products that promote drugs or drug use • Violence or gore • Sexually explicit content or suggestive imagery • Graphic depictions of body parts • Explicit language or offensive material • Occult practices or spiritual readings • Dark spiritual themes • Any other items, concepts, or presentations deemed inappropriate by the event organizers This policy is non-negotiable. Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. Payment Policy Vendors must provide valid payment information upon application. If a payment attempt is declined, we will reach out directly to provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. If no resolution is made, a second payment attempt will be processed. If the second payment attempt is also declined, your spot will be forfeited and you will not be permitted to participate in the event. We reserve the right to decline participation at any time and move to the next applicant. Prohibited Items For the safety of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited: • Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind • Sharp objects intended for harm • Glass bottles or containers • Illegal drugs or substances • Fireworks or explosives • Any item deemed dangerous by event staff **SMOKING AND VAPING ARE NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON SITE.** Conduct Policy To maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming atmosphere, access to the event may be refused to anyone who: • Is under the influence of illegal substances • Is visibly intoxicated • Has been banned from previous events by the organizers or local authorities • Demonstrates disruptive, aggressive, threatening, or violent behavior • Engages in harassment or inappropriate language or behavior • Uses aggressive sales tactics • Refuses to comply with event staff, security, or organizer directions • Engages in unlawful activity ## Force Majeure In the event of cancellation, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond our control—including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, emergencies, or other circumstances that make the event unsafe or impossible to hold—no refunds will be issued. Whenever reasonably possible, the event will be rescheduled, and your vendor spot will automatically be honored for the new date. ## Liability Waiver Lily & Sparrow Mercantile, LLC, as the host location, and Sparrow Launch Co., as the event organizer, are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to vendor property, merchandise, equipment, personal belongings, or vehicles during the event. This includes loss or damage to any vehicle on or near the event grounds, including vehicles that may be ticketed or towed. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for the safety and security of their own booth, merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings.
