About the event
The Depot Days Festival rolls into Hartselle each year on the third Saturday in September, bringing a day of free family-friendly fun and entertainment to the historic depot and downtown area. Hosted by the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce, the Depot Days Festival is a tribute to the railroad industry and its contribution to Hartselle and the North Alabama region. In addition to the one-day celebration, there are additional activities planned in the week leading up to the event. Depot Days Festival gets underway at 8 a.m. and lasts until 4 p.m. Activities include a car, truck, and motorcycle show, music performances, food and craft vendors, an art show, a tractor and engine show, and a variety of fun and games for children.

Description
Registration is for a 1 (two-person) teams in the 2026 Depot Days Cornhole Tournament. Entry includes tournament participation and eligibility for cash prizes. Limited to 24 teams. Please arrive at least 30 MINS BEFORE your scheduled first-round game to check in and warm up. Check-in tables will be located near the tournament area at your assigned venue. Teams not checked in by their scheduled game time may forfeit their first-round match. The official tournament bracket, first-round matchups, and official tournament rules will be emailed no later than September 14, 2026.

Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at the 2026 Depot Days Festival. To ensure a safe and successful event for all participants and guests, the following guidelines must be followed by all food vendors. Noncompliance may result in removal from the event and disqualification from future festivals. Acknowledgment of this agreement is made by completing the application.
