Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor at the 2026 Depot Days Festival. To ensure a successful, enjoyable, and well-organized experience for all involved, all exhibitors must adhere to the following guidelines and Code of Conduct outlined under Terms & Conditions (physical copy of agreement available at www.hartsellechamber.com/Depot-Days) Submission of the application serves as acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.

 

BOOTH PRICES RANGE FROM $125 (NON-ELECTRICIAL)- $175 (ELECTRICIAL), DEPENDING ON LOCATION, VENDOR CATEGORY, AND POWER NEEDS. 

 

YOUR PRICE WILL VARY BASED OFF OF LOCATION WITH THE HIGHEST STARTING AT MAIN STREET!!

 

Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at the 2026 Depot Days Festival. To ensure a safe and successful event for all participants and guests, the following guidelines must be followed by all food vendors. Noncompliance may result in removal from the event and disqualification from future festivals. Acknowledgment of this agreement is made by completing the application.
