Guidelines:
- Participation is based on availability and first come basis.
- Only commercial vendors are allowed to sell their country's traditional products. The non-commercial category is for display only. Only one category representation per booth.
- All registered participants have to provide their own 10x10 tent, table, chairs and any other materials that are required. A 10x10 tent is mandatory for all Country Representation Booths, Vendor Booths, Traditional Games, and Gold Sponsor Booths.
- Participants need to be Harrisburg, NC residents OR special invite by committee member OR part of a team led by a Harrisburg, NC resident.
- Maximum 2 entries per category, per country (Categories: country representation, traditional art, craft, costume, traditional music, singing, dancing, and traditional games).
- All representation, performances, and items need to be related to the country being represented and must be traditional. (No branding, no religions, and no political representation). Commercial products cannot be on display or sold.
- Vendors cannot sell food.
- All booths must display the represented country's name and flag (Mandatory).
- All participants must follow rules and regulations established by Harrisburg, NC, Cabarrus County, North Carolina and the United States of America.
