Hardin County Fair 2026

FOR RETURNING VENDORS WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION BY JULY 15, 2026 YOUR PRIOR YEAR SPOT IS NOT GUARANTEED FOR THE HARDIN COUNTY FAIR SO WE CAN BEGIN PLACING NEW VENDORS. Indoor vendors are seeking booth space inside the Machinery or Community Buildings in order to engage with the community.

Electric hookup (110V or 220V)
Two (2) vendor passes good for entire Fair - each pass permits entry of any one (1) unnamed person through the gate once daily
One (1) on-ground parking pass good for entire Fair - unlimited use per day/week

This all-inclusive Grand Champion Partnership Package includes several exclusive marketing opportunities. The Grand Champion Partnership package can be billed annually or tri-annually. Partners receive a 5% discount when committing to a three-year partnership. All show sponsors receive signage at the shows, name mentions during promotions of that show, and mentions in all other show-specific communications.

This second-tier partnership package is limited to Fifteen exclusive businesses. This partnership includes several marketing opportunities to fit your budget. Your Choice in 6 Different Level 1 Sponsorships and choice in 2 Different level 3 Sponsorships, This package includes Arena TV ad, Barn TV ad, KidZone Tent Sponsorship. Reserve Grand Champion Partners have the opportunity to support some Hardin County Fair activities. The Reserve Grand Champion Partnership package can be billed annually or tri-annually. Partners receive a 5% discount when committing to a three-year partnership.

This partnership includes some marketing opportunities through the fair that can be added onto using our add-on menu. Your Choice in 2 Different Level 1 Sponsorships and choice of 1 Different level 2 Sponsorships, This package includes Arena TV ad and KidZone Tent Sponsorship. The Blue Ribbon Partnership package can be billed annually or tri-annually. Partners receive a 5% discount when committing to a three-year partnership.

This partnership includes some marketing opportunities through the fair that can be added onto using our à la carte menu. The Red Ribbon Partnership package is billed on an annual basis.
