All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, etc & setup/breakdown in a timely manner. 
TENTS REQUIRE WEIGHTS (20 lbs. per tent leg recommended)- If you do not have weights you will be asked to break down your tent and only have tables setup.
For later/evening events we recommend battery powered lights since most locations do not provide external power. 
If accepted, vendors will be emailed with more info & asked to pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
Your vending spot is ONLY reserved after acceptance and payment is received. We will not hold an unpaid vendor spot, and vendors will be charged upon acceptance 
In the event of inclement weather we will notify vendors early the morning-of the event and your fee can be transferred forward to another event with remaining availability.
