GVL Fit Fest

GVL Fit Fest Volunteer Application GVL Fit Fest is a nonprofit community wellness event taking place Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Fluor Field in Greenville, SC. The day brings together gyms, studios, and wellness vendors from across the community for a morning of movement, connection, and celebration of health — and we couldn't make it happen without our volunteers! We're looking for energetic, reliable volunteers to help the event run smoothly across a variety of roles: Check-In – Welcome attendees and help them get settled Run-of-Show Support – Assist with event timing, transitions, and logistics Vendor Coordination – Support gym/studio vendors with setup and day-of needs VIP Coordination – Assist VIP guests and ensure a smooth experience Bike Ride Coordination – Help manage the bike ride portion of the event 5K Coordination – Support the 5K race logistics and participants Customer Experience Support – Help attendees navigate the event and answer questions Available Shifts: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Volunteers can sign up for one or multiple shifts depending on availability.
