Registration is required to participate in the Project Pride SRQ LGBTQ+ Pickleball League. Each registration is for one individual player. Players may register solo or list a preferred teammate by full name during registration, but teammate requests and team pairings are not guaranteed.
Registration includes participation in the full 7-week league and one league T-shirt per registered player. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Project Pride SRQ.
Players are expected to participate weekly unless otherwise communicated to Project Pride SRQ. Teams should arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled match time. A team may forfeit if it is not ready to play within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.
Registration is not transferable without Project Pride SRQ approval. Substitutes must be approved by league organizers and must already be registered league participants. Outside substitutes are not allowed. Substitutes are not allowed during finals.
All participants must follow YMCA facility rules, Project Pride SRQ league rules, code of conduct, sportsmanship expectations, and organizer decisions. Discriminatory, threatening, unsafe, aggressive, violent, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the league without refund.
By registering, participants acknowledge that Project Pride SRQ may share the participant roster with the YMCA for facility access, check-in, waiver, safety, and program coordination purposes.
