By entering the event premises, all attendees, vendors, staff, contractors, and guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their personal health, safety, and conduct. The Twisted Lime does not guarantee a risk-free environment and is not responsible for illness, injury, allergic reactions, or other health-related conditions that may occur during the event, including but not limited to food consumption, crowd movement, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, or interactions with vendors, equipment, or other attendees. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are solely responsible for confirming ingredients directly with vendors prior to consumption. All attendees and vendors are expected to comply with applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, as well as all on-site instructions provided by event staff, security, medical personnel, or venue representatives. The Twisted Lime reserves the right to enforce safety protocols, deny entry, or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or noncompliant, without refund. In the event of an emergency, severe weather, or safety concern, all participants agree to follow official instructions and evacuation procedures. Entry into the event constitutes acknowledgment that the individual has read, understands, and agrees to these health and safety guidelines.

Application Description – The Big Flavor Foodie Festival
Welcome to The Big Flavor Foodie Festival vendor application! This application is for food, beverage, dessert, and select retail vendors interested in participating in our high-energy, DJ-driven food festival experience.

Accepted Vendor Categories
We are currently accepting applications from:

Food trucks & food tents
Desserts & specialty treats
Beverage vendors (non-alcoholic and approved alcoholic vendors)
Specialty retail vendors (limited availability)
All applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor lineup. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Event Overview & Protocol
Foodies Paradise Festival is a rain-or-shine outdoor event featuring multiple food vendors, live DJ entertainment, and a lively crowd. Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct, operate safely, and comply with all event guidelines and regulations.

Food Management & Requirements
Food vendors must have all required health department permits, licenses, and certifications. Vendors are responsible for proper food handling, waste management, and maintaining a clean booth area throughout the event.

Setup, Breakdown & Parking
Approved vendors will receive detailed load-in, setup, breakdown, and parking instructions prior to the event. Vendors must adhere strictly to assigned setup and breakdown times to ensure a smooth event operation.

By submitting this application and selecting a booth, vendors acknowledge that this is an electronic agreement and agree to comply with all event rules, timelines, and Terms & Conditions set by The Twisted Lime.

Crafters & Artisan Vendor

Thank you for your interest in participating as a Crafter Vendor! This application is for artisans and makers offering handmade, handcrafted, or Goods, including (but not limited to) art, apparel, accessories, home décor, wellness products, and specialty gifts.

Approved crafters will receive a designated vendor space within the festival marketplace area. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, displays, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise stated. All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public, all-ages event.

Please complete the application in full and include clear photos of your products and booth setup, along with your business information and social media links. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, as selections are curated to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor experience.

Terms & Conditions

The Big Flavor Foodie Fest – Attendee Terms & Conditions By attending The Big Flavor Foodie Fest, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Admission & Entry This is a free-entry event, however registration may be required for entry, promotions, or giveaways. All attendees must follow event staff instructions and posted signage at all times. Re-entry is permitted unless otherwise noted. 2. Event Hours & Changes Event hours, entertainment, vendors, and activities are subject to change without notice. The event will take place rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. 3. Code of Conduct Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, vendors, and other attendees. Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without warning. 4. Food & Purchases All food and merchandise are sold independently by vendors. The Big Flavor Foodie Fest and The Twisted Lime are not responsible for pricing, food quality, or transactions made with vendors. Please notify vendors directly regarding any food allergies or dietary restrictions. 5. Health & Safety Attendees assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to food consumption, crowd conditions, and activities. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in the kids zone. 6. Kids Zone & Activities Some activities may require waivers or additional fees. Participation in activities (including inflatables or games) is at your own risk. 7. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their personal property. The event is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 8. Photography & Media Release By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by The Big Flavor Foodie Fest and The Twisted Lime. 9. Prohibited Items No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted. Bags may be subject to inspection upon entry. 10. Parking & Transportation Attendees are responsible for following all posted parking rules and local regulations. The event is not responsible for vehicles or parking violations. 11. Liability Waiver By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless The Big Flavor Foodie Fest, The Twisted Lime, event partners, and venue from any claims, injuries, or damages. 12. Right to Refuse Entry Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for safety, security, or policy violations.
