Welcome to The Big Flavor Foodie Festival vendor application! This application is for food, beverage, dessert, and select retail vendors interested in participating in our high-energy, DJ-driven food festival experience.

Accepted Vendor Categories
We are currently accepting applications from:

Food trucks & food tents
Desserts & specialty treats
Beverage vendors (non-alcoholic and approved alcoholic vendors)
Specialty retail vendors (limited availability)
All applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor lineup. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Event Overview & Protocol
Foodies Paradise Festival is a rain-or-shine outdoor event featuring multiple food vendors, live DJ entertainment, and a lively crowd. Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct, operate safely, and comply with all event guidelines and regulations.

Food Management & Requirements
Food vendors must have all required health department permits, licenses, and certifications. Vendors are responsible for proper food handling, waste management, and maintaining a clean booth area throughout the event.

Setup, Breakdown & Parking
Approved vendors will receive detailed load-in, setup, breakdown, and parking instructions prior to the event. Vendors must adhere strictly to assigned setup and breakdown times to ensure a smooth event operation.

By submitting this application and selecting a booth, vendors acknowledge that this is an electronic agreement and agree to comply with all event rules, timelines, and Terms & Conditions set by The Twisted Lime.

The Big Flavor Foodie Fest! is all about amazing food, great music, and fun for the whole family. Pull up hungry and ready to vibe with a live DJ spinning feel-good tracks, a 6–7 meme–inspired kids activation bringing laughs and playful energy, and an epic lineup of food vendors serving soul food, seafood, and festival favorites. Bring your friends, bring the family, and soak up the good food, great vibes, and nonstop fun all day long.

Terms & Conditions

The Big Foodie Festival – Vendor Application Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application to participate as a vendor at Foodies Paradise Festival, you (“Vendor”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by The Twisted Lime (“Organizer”).

1. Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor spaces are limited and curated to ensure a balanced and high-quality event experience. The Organizer reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Fees & No Refund Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including but not limited to:

Vendor cancellation
Failure to attend
Inclement weather
Force majeure events
Once payment is submitted and a vendor is accepted, no refunds will be issued.

3. Rain or Shine Event
Foodies Paradise Festival is a rain or shine event. Vendors acknowledge that weather conditions are outside of the Organizer’s control and agree that no refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued due to weather-related circumstances.

4. Event Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to:

Modify event hours
Adjust vendor placement
Change layout or logistics
Delay, postpone, or cancel the event due to safety concerns, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances
Such changes do not entitle vendors to refunds.

5. Liability & Indemnification
Vendors participate at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for:

Injury to vendors, staff, or patrons
Loss, theft, or damage to vendor property
Equipment failure or power interruptions
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Twisted Lime, its owners, staff, partners, venue, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of vendor participation.

6. Insurance & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable:

Local, state, and federal laws
Health department regulations
Fire safety regulations
Licensing and permit requirements
Food vendors must possess all required permits and certifications prior to the event and present them upon request.

7. Set-Up, Operations & Conduct
Vendors must:

Arrive and complete setup within assigned timeframes
Operate only within their designated space
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe booth area
Not sell unapproved or illegal items
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply without refund.

8. Electricity, Equipment & Utilities
Any electricity, generators, or special equipment must be pre-approved. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and ensuring it meets safety standards.

9. Branding, Marketing & Media
By participating, vendors grant the Organizer permission to use vendor names, logos, images, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes without compensation.

10. Transfer & Subleasing
Vendor spaces may not be transferred, shared, or subleased without prior written approval from the Organizer.

11) Absolutely no vendor is permitted to bring, sell, serve, distribute, sample, or give away alcoholic beverages of any kind All alcohol service at this event, if any, will be exclusively managed by the Event Organizer or its designated, pre-approved partners. Any vendor found in possession of or distributing alcohol will be subject to immediate removal from the event without refund and may be prohibited from participating in future events.

12. Agreement Acknowledgement
By submitting an application, the vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined above and agree to abide by all event rules and communications.

Prices

Tented Food Vendor 10x20 $1,000.00 Non-refundable This space is designated for food vendors operating from a 10x20 tent setup. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, equipment, power source, and any required permits. This space is ideal for walk-up food service and is located within the main festival footprint for maximum guest visibility and foot traffic..
Food Trucks $1,000.00 Non-refundable The food truck vendor space includes a designated parking and operating area for one food truck or trailer up to 20'. This space provides the footprint only; vendors are responsible for supplying all power, generators, equipment, lighting, and any additional items needed for operation. Food trucks must operate within their assigned space and comply with all event rules and safety guidelines.
Tented Food Vendor 10x30 $1,500.00 Non-refundable The 10×30 vendor space is ideal for vendors with expanded setups. This space provides additional room for equipment, service areas, and customer flow. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent, truck, trailer, power, and all required equipment. All setups must fit within the designated space and comply with event and safety guidelines.
