By entering the event premises, all attendees, vendors, staff, contractors, and guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their personal health, safety, and conduct. The Twisted Lime does not guarantee a risk-free environment and is not responsible for illness, injury, allergic reactions, or other health-related conditions that may occur during the event, including but not limited to food consumption, crowd movement, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, or interactions with vendors, equipment, or other attendees. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are solely responsible for confirming ingredients directly with vendors prior to consumption. All attendees and vendors are expected to comply with applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, as well as all on-site instructions provided by event staff, security, medical personnel, or venue representatives. The Twisted Lime reserves the right to enforce safety protocols, deny entry, or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or noncompliant, without refund. In the event of an emergency, severe weather, or safety concern, all participants agree to follow official instructions and evacuation procedures. Entry into the event constitutes acknowledgment that the individual has read, understands, and agrees to these health and safety guidelines.

Welcome to The Big Flavor Foodie Festival vendor application! This application is for food, beverage, dessert, and select retail vendors interested in participating in our high-energy, DJ-driven food festival experience.

Accepted Vendor Categories
We are currently accepting applications from:

Food trucks & food tents
Desserts & specialty treats
Beverage vendors (non-alcoholic and approved alcoholic vendors)
Specialty retail vendors (limited availability)
All applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor lineup. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Event Overview & Protocol
Foodies Paradise Festival is a rain-or-shine outdoor event featuring multiple food vendors, live DJ entertainment, and a lively crowd. Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct, operate safely, and comply with all event guidelines and regulations.

Food Management & Requirements
Food vendors must have all required health department permits, licenses, and certifications. Vendors are responsible for proper food handling, waste management, and maintaining a clean booth area throughout the event.

Setup, Breakdown & Parking
Approved vendors will receive detailed load-in, setup, breakdown, and parking instructions prior to the event. Vendors must adhere strictly to assigned setup and breakdown times to ensure a smooth event operation.

By submitting this application and selecting a booth, vendors acknowledge that this is an electronic agreement and agree to comply with all event rules, timelines, and Terms & Conditions set by The Twisted Lime.

Crafters & Artisan Vendor

Thank you for your interest in participating as a Crafter Vendor! This application is for artisans and makers offering handmade, handcrafted, or Goods, including (but not limited to) art, apparel, accessories, home décor, wellness products, and specialty gifts.

Approved crafters will receive a designated vendor space within the festival marketplace area. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, displays, and any necessary equipment unless otherwise stated. All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a public, all-ages event.

Please complete the application in full and include clear photos of your products and booth setup, along with your business information and social media links. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, as selections are curated to ensure a balanced and diverse vendor experience.

The Big Flavor Foodie Fest is a three-day, high-energy food and lifestyle experience at Tanger National Harbor, created to connect brands directly with an engaged, experience-driven audience in a vibrant, high-traffic setting. We are offering strategic partner opportunities designed to maximize brand visibility and meaningful consumer interaction. Partnership tiers range from $5,000 to $25,000+ based on activation size, placement, and integration level. Opportunities include branded activations, sampling experiences, VIP lounge integration, stage or DJ branding, product placement, influencer collaborations, and curated on-site exposure. Custom packages are available to align with your brand objectives. We are seeking select brand partners, lifestyle brands, experiential activations, and consumer-facing companies looking to increase brand awareness, drive sampling, generate qualified leads, and create memorable in-person engagement. All partners receive curated placement within the event footprint to optimize exposure and traffic flow. Select tiers include digital promotion, social media integration, and inclusion in pre-event marketing campaigns.

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at the The Big Flavor Foodie Fest. This application is designed to collect essential information about your business, menu, equipment, and operational needs to ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality experience for both vendors and attendees. The festival will feature a curated mix of food trucks, trailers, tented food vendors, desserts, specialty food concepts, and non-alcoholic beverage vendors only. Alcohol sales and service are not permitted at this event. All menu items must be listed in the application, and vendors may sell only approved items during the event. Vendor selection is based on menu variety, category balance, space availability, and overall event needs. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required business licenses, health permits, fire approvals, insurance, and any other documentation required by local and state authorities. Vendors must comply with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, including proper food handling and temperature control throughout the event. Vendor spaces are designated for either tent-based setups or food trucks/trailers, depending on the option selected in the application. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, weights, extension cords, power, and supplies unless otherwise specified. Generators are permitted; however, only quiet inverter-style generators are allowed. All equipment must be operated safely and within the assigned vendor space. There will be no grease or waste disposal provided on site. Vendors are fully responsible for removing all grease, waste, and cooking byproducts from the event premises and disposing of them properly off-site. Vendors are also responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event.
