Join us for Kimmswick Goblin's Day Trunk or Treat- a fun, safe, and family-friendly Halloween event for the community! Businesses, organizations, and community groups are invited to participate by decorating a vehicle trunk or booth space (10x10) and handing out candy or small treats to children. Hosted by the merchants and the City of Kimmswick. • Pull into City Hall Field and align as straight as possible with the other vehicles already parked on the field. • Vehicles must remain parked and turned off for the entire event duration. • No moving vehicles are allowed in the event area once setup is complete.

Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions 1. Participation is FREE • There is no cost for businesses to join this event • 20 spaces available 2. All events are held rain or shine, unless weather emergency occurs. Please plan accordingly. 3. Candy/Treats • Each business is responsible for providing their own candy, giveaways, or small treats. • Please plan for approximately 500 children. 4. Family-Friendly Environment • All decorations, costumes, and materials must be family-appropriate (no excessive gore, graphic content, political, or offensive displays). • Businesses must respect the community-focused spirit of the event. 5. Setup & Cleanup • Setup must be complete by 10:45 a.m. Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate. • We ask that you keep the lanes as aligned as possible in the field for ease of access for the children and families • Participants must remain for the duration of the event unless dismissed by event staff. • All participants are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving. 6. Vehicle & Safety Rules • Vehicles must remain parked and turned off for the entire event duration. • No moving vehicles are allowed in the event area once setup is complete. • Decorations must be secured to avoid safety hazards. 7. Business Promotion • Businesses are welcome to hand out flyers, coupons, or small promotional items along with candy. • No selling of goods/services is permitted during the event unless previously approved. 8. Liability Disclaimer • By registering, participants agree to release the City of Kimmswick from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. 9. Electricity & Special Requests • Limited access to electricity may be available and must be requested in advance. • Placement requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. 10. Event Cancellation or Changes • The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. 11. Code of Conduct • Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant not complying with the rules. IF A SITUATION ARISES AND YOU CANNOT LOCATE A CITY STAFF MEMBER, PLEASE CALL: 636-464-7407 AND WE WILL SEND SECURITY TO YOUR SITE TO ASSIST WITH THE SITUATION. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911. Participants are responsible for their vehicle and decorations in case of loss or damage. The Festival Committee, The City of Kimmswick, its Officers, agents or employees shall be held free from and against all expenses, claims, actions, liabilities, attorney fees, damages, and losses of any kind whatsoever, actually or allegedly, resulting from or connected with the operation of space locations.
