Opening Doors to Spring - Garibaldi Edition
As an extension of Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden's featured exhibit, the City of Belmont is “Opening Doors to Spring." Select pieces of the exhibit, created by art students at Highland School of Technology, illustrate iconic scenes from Belmont's past, present, and future. Under the direction of fine arts instructor, Marty Hutchins, students were asked to complete works inspired by Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden and Springtime. Not traditional works on canvas, but on doors that will greet Belmont residents and visitors at Garibaldi Festival, along with members and guests of Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden as they stroll the garden paths.
