General Health & Safety: Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. If you are feeling unwell, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please stay home. Hygiene: Practice good hygiene. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use hand sanitizer, especially after touching surfaces or interacting with others. Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow. Physical Distancing (If applicable and as per current guidelines): While we encourage interaction and community, be mindful of personal space and respect others' comfort levels. Observe any posted signage regarding capacity limits and distancing recommendations. Respectful Environment: Treat all attendees, staff, volunteers, and vendors with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Report any concerns to convention staff immediately. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, first aid stations, and security personnel. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of convention staff and Raleigh Convention Center personnel. II.
