GalaxyCon San Jose 2026 takes place August 21-23, 2026 at The San Jose McEnery Convention Center.Thank you for your interest in setting up as an Exhibitor, Vendor, Independent Publisher, Developer, Crafts Person, Artist, Writer, or Filmmaker at GALAXYCON SAN JOSE 2026. After filling out this form, you will receive an email regarding your approval status. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Application Instructions and Information: • Please complete the application in full. • You may be contacted to confirm your availability. • You will receive your schedule and shift details about two weeks before the event. • You will be assigned based on our coverage needs. We will take your preferred department into consideration. Returning volunteers have priority on department assignment. • Please upload a clear picture of your face with your application. These pictures are for our internal use only. They are used solely for identification purposes at check-in and to locate you within the building. If you do not upload a photo of yourself, your application will not be approved. Volunteer Benefits: • Free admission on the day that you work • Free admission for the entire event if you work a minimum of 10 hours (3-day show) or 12 hours (4-day show) • A free, exclusive volunteer t-shirt • A private volunteer breakroom • Free pizza and bottled water during your shift • Merch credits based on points accrued and hours worked • An exclusive patch for the show and department worked • A chance to rank up and receive more swag and responsibility • A fun and collaborative work environment with a diverse and inclusive culture Please be aware that this is a commitment you are making. If you decide to submit a volunteer application, please make sure that you CAN show up and help out. Once we make the volunteer schedule, we will depend on you to show up on time and assist your assigned department. We understand that some circumstances are out of your control. If you are unable to show up for a scheduled shift, let us know immediately. This will not reflect negatively on future volunteer opportunities.
