Dollhouse Vintage Market — Health & Safety Guidelines We want everyone to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience at our markets! All vendors are expected to follow these guidelines throughout the event. Booth & Setup Safety * Vendors must keep their booths, merchandise, tables, and displays secure and organized. * Outdoor vendors must properly secure their tents with appropriate weights. Stakes may only be used with venue approval. * Keep all walkways, entrances, exits, fire lanes, and emergency access points clear at all times. * Electrical cords and equipment must be safely secured and may not create tripping hazards. * Open flames, unsafe heating equipment, and hazardous materials are prohibited without prior written approval. Cleanliness & Waste * Vendors must keep their spaces clean throughout the event and remove all trash and personal belongings before leaving. * Do not leave merchandise, packaging, or other items behind after breakdown. * Please help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. Weather & Outdoor Events * Vendors are responsible for securing their tents, displays, and merchandise against wind and weather. * In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, vendors must follow instructions from event organizers. * Organizers reserve the right to pause or modify event activities when necessary for safety. Food & Beverage Vendors * Food vendors must comply with all applicable health regulations, permits, and food-handling requirements. * Vendors are responsible for maintaining safe food storage, preparation, and serving practices. General Safety & Conduct * Treat fellow vendors, customers, staff, and organizers with respect. * Harassment, threatening behavior, and unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. * Children must be supervised by their accompanying adult. * Report accidents, injuries, hazards, or suspicious activity to event organizers as soon as possible. * In an emergency, contact 911 when necessary and notify event staff. Compliance By participating in a Dollhouse Vintage market, vendors agree to follow these guidelines and any additional safety instructions provided by event organizers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
