Festival Mission
The Green Tomato Festival celebrates arts, crafts, agricultural products, garden products, homemade goods, and community heritage. Merchandise related to the festival theme is encouraged.
All products and displays are subject to review and approval by the Festival Committee. The Committee reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any merchandise that does not align with festival standards.
Vendor Eligibility
Approved vendor categories include:
- Arts and Crafts Vendors
- Food and Beverage Vendors
- Agricultural and Farm Product Vendors
- Specialty Merchandise Vendors approved by the Festival Committee

All vendors may only sell items listed on their approved application.
Vendor Application & Approval
To participate, vendors must:
- Submit a completed vendor application.
- Pay all required fees
- Provide a complete list of products intended for sale.
- Receive approval from the Festival Committee.
Only approved merchandise may be displayed or sold during the festival.
The Festival Committee reserves the right to deny, restrict, or remove merchandise that does not meet festival standards.
Additional information regarding parking, vendor setup, check-in procedures, and festival maps will be provided to approved vendors prior to the event.
The Festival Committee reserves the right to require removal of any item deemed:
- Offensive
- Inappropriate
- Unsafe
- Misleading
- Inconsistent with the festival's mission
Failure to remove prohibited merchandise may result in immediate dismissal from the event.
Check-In, Attendance & Cancellations
Vendors must check in and occupy their assigned booth space by the designated setup deadline.
