Performances will be between 2-6 pm (will discuss hours when approved)
For the 2025 season, we may not have a stage or sound equipment for performances.
We should have more information on this by March 2025.
Equipment is available for use but must be set up and taken down by the renting performer.

ARTISAN FOODS:
Vendors who sell food products they have personally prepared significantly changed the form or value but did not grow or raise the ingredients themselves. Items include baked goods, preserved foods, bread, pasta, jam, spreads, cider, syrups, salsas, smoked or canned meats or fish, dried fruit, flours, condiments, and oils. Artisan foods must be made from raw ingredients. The vendor must have taken part in personally baking, canning, or preserving the items in a permitted facility. Artisan Food Vendors must provide all the necessary documents per the State of Alaska.

NON-PROFIT:
We’re excited to work with non-profits like yours to bring value to our community.
To participate, non-profits are required to provide the following:
A copy of your Tax-Exempt Status Letter
City of Palmer Business License
State of Alaska Business License
Please note that non-profits, unless they are members of the Great Palmer Chamber of Commerce, are responsible for covering the cost of their booth.

Confirm you are filling out the correct application for Friday Fling. This application is for the 1-week free booth for Memberships with that benefit. Not full-season vendors.
CHAMBER MEMBER:
Chamber Members of the Butte, Hatcher, Eska, Matanuska, and Pioneer levels have the opportunity to receive one free booth at Friday Fling.
This is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Chamber Members in the member booth space have the opportunity to promote their business with flyers, giveaways, and selling their products.
