The evening will feature a special guest interview with Toni Lipsey of TL Yarn Crafts, offering inspiration and insight to kick off the festival weekend.
Since turning her passion for crochet into a full-time career nearly a decade ago, Toni has built an impressive catalog of creative expertise, including hundreds of beginner-friendly patterns and easy-to-follow tutorials. She draws inspiration from her love of a cozy life bursting with color. Her current obsessions include temperature blankets, Tunisian crochet, and all things granny squares. When she’s not crocheting, Toni can be found in her metro Detroit home cuddling her fur babes, Sheba and Pepper, alongside her husband while they watch true-crime thrillers.
You can pick up a signed copy of her book, The Tunisian Crochet Handbook, at the Fresh Coast Fiber Festival on Saturday, May 30, from 12–2 p.m.
