Terms & Conditions
By attending or participating in the Free-ish Art Exhibit as part of the Juneteenth Augusta Celebration, attendees and participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Respect for Artwork and Exhibits
Attendees are asked to respect all artwork and exhibit materials on display. Please do not touch, move, or alter any artwork unless permission is granted by the artist or event organizers.
2. Artist Responsibility
Artists participating in the exhibit are responsible for the delivery, setup, and removal of their artwork unless otherwise arranged with event organizers. Artists retain ownership of their work unless a sale or separate agreement is made directly with a buyer.
3. Personal Property
Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or artwork brought to the event by attendees or participants.
4. Artwork Damage Disclaimer
While event organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide a safe environment for displayed artwork, Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers are not responsible for accidental damage, loss, or theft of artwork during the event.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Artists retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to their artwork. By participating in the exhibit, artists grant Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers permission to photograph or record displayed artwork for promotional, marketing, and event documentation purposes.
6. Conduct and Behavior
All attendees and participants are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner while attending the exhibit. Event organizers reserve the right to remove individuals whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to artists, guests, or the venue.
7. Photo and Media Release
By attending or participating in the Free-ish Art Exhibit, attendees grant permission to Band of Brothers Augusta and Juneteenth Augusta organizers to photograph or record the event and use images or video for promotional, marketing, or community awareness purposes.
8. Sales and Transactions
Any sale of artwork is conducted directly between the artist and the purchaser unless otherwise specified. Event organizers are not responsible for financial transactions between artists and buyers.
9. Event Modifications
Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, or programming as needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Agreement
By attending or participating in the Free-ish Art Exhibit, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
