The City of Princeton, Texas, greatly appreciates your interest in the City of Princeton’s Freedom & Fireworks. Please be advised that the City has the right—in its sole and absolute discretion and based on any relevant facts and/or circumstances including, without limitation, duplicate vendor item, failure to meet application submittal deadlines, failure to submit appropriate documents in a timely manner—to grant or deny, in whole or in part, any application for a permit for the above-mentioned event. Thus, for the avoidance of confusion, you hereby agree, understand, and acknowledge that the mere submittal of an application does not, in any way, guarantee a subsequent permit issued by the City, as the City is in no way obligated to issue a permit to any applicant. Once again, thank you for your interest in the above-mentioned event. The City will be in contact with you regarding the status of your application. In accordance with the event guidelines, 20% of sales from the event are required.
