Food Vendor Intrest Application

Celebrate Independence Day at Princeton’s Freedom & Fireworks on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 6 PM to 10 PM! Enjoy an action-packed evening with exciting activities, delicious food, live music, and plenty of photo-worthy moments. The night wraps up with a dazzling fireworks show. It’s a family-friendly event with something for everyone! Admission, parking, and the Kids Zone are all completely FREE!

Parking: All vendors will receive a VIP parking pass and a map a week before the event.

Set-Up: Vendor set-up will be from 11 AM to 4 PM. All vehicles must be out of the park by 3:45 PM.

Takedown: For safety reasons, you may only take down your booth once the event is over. Vehicles may only enter the vendor row once the crowd has left the area. You will have until 11:00 P.M. to take your booth down. The park will close promptly at 11:30 P.M.

The City of Princeton, Texas, greatly appreciates your interest in the City of Princeton’s Freedom & Fireworks. Please be advised that the City has the right—in its sole and absolute discretion and based on any relevant facts and/or circumstances including, without limitation, duplicate vendor item, failure to meet application submittal deadlines, failure to submit appropriate documents in a timely manner—to grant or deny, in whole or in part, any application for a permit for the above-mentioned event. Thus, for the avoidance of confusion, you hereby agree, understand, and acknowledge that the mere submittal of an application does not, in any way, guarantee a subsequent permit issued by the City, as the City is in no way obligated to issue a permit to any applicant. Once again, thank you for your interest in the above-mentioned event. The City will be in contact with you regarding the status of your application.

In accordance with the event guidelines, 20% of sales from the event are required.
